Liability Waiver

Once an order is delivered or transferred to you, Exotics Unlimited is not responsible for any:

• Injury, sting, bite, or allergic reaction
• Illness, death, or health complications
• Escape or loss of the animal
• Property damage caused by the animal
• Harm to you, another person, another animal, or any third party
• Damage or consequences of any kind arising from ownership, possession, care, or handling

You assume full responsibility for:

• Safe, secure handling and containment of all animals
• Appropriate housing that prevents escape
• Proper feeding and care according to species requirements
• Emergency veterinary care if needed
• Compliance with all local and federal regulations

Release of Liability: You release Exotics Unlimited from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any incident, injury, damage, or consequence that occurs after the animal is in your possession.

Proper Care Standards

Animals must be housed and cared for according to their species requirements, including:

• Appropriate enclosure size, substrate, and humidity
• Proper temperature ranges for the species
• Safe, species-appropriate feeding practices
• Regular observation for health issues
• Professional veterinary care when needed

Failure to provide proper care may result in animal suffering and is a violation of animal welfare standards.
