What is the order process on Palmstreet?

Overview:

1. You place your order on Palmstreet

2. We transfer your order to shopify - we need your email and cell phone number before we can complete your order on our website

3. You receive an order confirmation after we update your existing or create a new order for you

4. You fill out the shipping scheduling survey in your confirmation email - this lets us know when you can normally receive packages -If we have not received a shipping survey response, we cannot ship your order!

5. Our team will email you the Monday following your order to confirm your shipping day

6. We make your FedEx label and your tracking and delivery destination is sent to you from Fedex automatically.

7. We ship your order and add your tracking number. Fedex and Shopify will send updates on delivery status.

8. If there are no delays, your order will arrive on the requested day you have chosen!

Detailed process:

Step 1 & 2 : When you make your order we will reach out 1-2 days after the event to get your information so we can transfer to our shopify store - this makes sure our inventory is updated. We need your cell phone and email sent to us so if you did not send it to us we will ask for it so we can send you your confirmation email!

Step 3: After your order is confirmed, you will get a confirmation for your order; These emails are automatically sent to every customer (unless the email address was entered incorrectly)

Please locate this email immediately and mark it as "not spam" if this is your first time ordering with us so you will get future updates from our team. First-time customers should check their 'Spam' and "all inboxes" folders in their email around the time they ordered (it will be sent almost immediately after you place and pay for your order).

After check checking your "Spam" and "All Inboxes" folders and you still do not have an order confirmation, please message our team.

Step 4: In the confirmation email there is a button that you click to fill our "Shipping Scheduling Survey"; this is linked to a Google survey . Choose the days that you are most likely available for receiving your order. We use this survey as your permission to ship on these days the week your order will ship.

Step 5: Our team will email you (from exoticsunlimitedusa@gmail.com) on the next Monday (1-5 business days) after you place your order to let you know the day and location that we have scheduled your order based on your survey responses.

We will also let you know on this day if we have not received a response to our shipping survey, which we MUST have before we ship.

If we have not received a shipping survey response, we cannot ship your order!

Respond to this email if you need to make changes for the day, or delivery destination of your order.

Step 6: We make labels on Mondays typically, but no later than the day before your order is scheduled to ship (unless you have made last minute changes).

Once we create your shipping label, FedEx will automatically send your tracking number to the email associated with your account. If you do not get emails often from FedEx these emails may appear in 'Promotions,' 'All Inbox,' or 'Spam' folders. This email will have your tracking number and the location your order will arrive.

This is another opportunity for you to double check shipping details and let us know if anything needs to be changed with dates or locations.

Step 7: After we ship, we add tracking to your order, and you will get updates from both our website and FedEx automatically via email (or Shop App) for the status of your package.

Step 8: If there are no delays on FedEx’s end, your order will arrive on the day you selected!

Things to keep in Mind:

Since you already confirm the days that work for you, you only need to reach out if for some reason the scheduled arrival day does not work.

We work hard and rely on our processes to make sure everything is correct 100% of the time, but we are human, too, and can make mistakes.

We rely on you guys to watch for emails, and let us know if something is not right. That includes special requests, specific locations, and special cases for your order.

I made a Palmstreet order. How do I add onto my order from the website?

On Palmstreet, we bill for shipping based on location.

You may notice some minor differences in shipping on the site & on Palmstreet and that is because they do not allow us the ability to dial in the shipping to exactly match our flat rate per state policy.

To add onto your existing Palmstreet order:

1. Add items to cart as normal and go to checkout

2. Select the shipping option that states "♻️ Order Addition (Not a shipping option - only for adding onto an outstanding order with shipping paid)"

3. Our team will automatically combine your order with your previous order as long as you have paid shipping once!

There are no limits to how many animals you can combine into one box so you can make as many order addtions from the website as you would like!

I made a website order. How do I add onto my order from the Palmstreet app?

If you made an order on the website and would like to add on a Palmstreet deal you have two options.

1. You can bypass the shipping charge by selecting "local pickup" on the application.

To do this go to your wallet settings in the application and select local pickup in the live.

This will allow you to make purchases without paying shipping twice.

2. You can purchase as normal and pay shipping again.

In this scenario we routinley just find an animal to substitute for the shipping since Palmstreet makes partial refunds difficult and they can take a while to initate the refunds.

Offering this store credit is a faster and easier solution for our customers.

As always, are no limits to how many animals you can combine into one box so you can make as many order addtions from the website as you would like!

How do freebies work on the auctions?

Freebies for purchases are ONLY qualified for on the website since we are unable to guarantee freebies every time we opted to focus on lower prices and no freebies on this application.

1. Palmstreet discounts are often larger - We feature discounts on the Palmstreet that can be as high as 70% off - meaning less room to compensate for freebies

2. We have to keep things fair - in the auctions prices are inconsistent, but they almost always are purchased for below retail. Because of this inconsistency we do not always have room to also offer freebies and therefore opted to focus on better deals and no freebies on the application.

3. Sellers Fees. - On the application we have to pay sellers fees that amount to 10% on the animals AND the shipping. That means that if you purchase something at 50% retail and then pay a 10% fee on top of this.

How long do Palmstreet orders take to ship?

If we can get your information by Friday or Sunday (when we typically message for this information) and can confirm you have paid shipping your order should ship out the following Tuesday or Wednesday as normal.

Look for scheduling emails Sunday or Monday to indicate when your orders are shipping.

If we need anything else from you we will also be emailing you on these days so keep an eye on your Email inbox or Palmstreet inbox if we do not have your email!

What would cause my order to be delayed?

The main delay for Plamstreet orders is when we have new customers that do not respond to our team in a timely manner with their email and cell phone so we can completely process their order.

There are a few ways that your order can be delayed.

1. Not selecting the correct shipping option. - When we have to invoice you for shipping your order goes to the back of the line and may be pushed to the following week.

2. Not completing the shipping survey - make sure to complete the survey that is in your order confirmation so we know what day you can receive!

3. Inclement weather - sometimes there are bad storms that affect only one part of the country, but have lasting effects on the rest of the FedEx system due to heavier traffic at airports. We call this the ripple affect, and rely on our shipping partners at Redline Shipping to let us know when it is safe or not to ship!

4. Late Order Additons - If order additons are placed too late, it may cause your order to be delayed OR mean you have to pay shipping on your order additon. Make sure to have additions in no later than 12 NOON EST Sunday

5. Too cold/hot - if it happens to be too cold or hot for your area on the day you indicate you can receive, we do not ship. That means 20F-100F for FedEx hub delivery and 45-80F for home delivery.

How does VIP work with Palmstreet?

Since our system for VIP is automated through spend on the webiste, and we pay sellers fees on the applciation we do not technically count Palmstreet orders towards VIP tiers.

However, for customers that routinely spend large amoutns on the application over a short period of time, we do customly add you to the tiers when we can catch it.

We do not typically do this unless the customer is spending larger amounts (1000 in a months time for example).

Understand that we cannot guarantee that your orders on Palmstreet will be added to your account on the website, if we see that you are spending large sums of money on the application we may offer you a level up on the website on a case by case basis when they cross the threshold for a new tier.

Either way, we know you will find the limited deals on this application wonderful as they typically are 20% or greater which is larger than the 15% max discount seen on the website!

What is the Refund Policy on Palmstreet?

On the Palmstreet application ALL SALES are final. We do not offer substitutes or cancellations since the offers are limited and often are purchased in a live bidding event.
