When it was too hot to ship here they held on to my spiders for months until the temps were safe. Everyone arrived alive and well. They definitely care about their spiders and customers.

Just got my beautiful female Indian Ornamental and freebie H Mac, both are in excellent condition (H-Mac immediately disappeared into the darkest corner underground) and the Indian Ornamental took a slow walk around a sip of water and chilled right out in the open. Couldn't be more pleased thank you so much, you guys literally cured my "mail order acquisition anxiety" permanently with 3 absolute perfect orders of a total of 6 T's both adult and slingish. Second expo doing business with EU and was very pleased for the second time. Purchased a 4” female P mettalica, a juvi P rufilata, and a P ornata sling. All T’s were properly cared for and healthy. The experience was extremely pleasant and 1st class service. Always very friendly and I was surprised to receive a Birupes simoroxigorum as a freebie which was awesome and above and beyond what I expected.
