Eresus walckenaeri 'Orange Ring Mountanica Local' (Giant Orange Ring Velvet Spider) for sale
One of the most adorable spiders in existence, this amazing Greek species is the largest in the genus reaching an alleged 3" max size in females, while males will be smaller and females maintains a solid black appearance with an orange ring on the abdomen, while mature males become a gorgeous red.
These specimens should be well started slings 1/8-1/4" legspan, and but we wanted to be conservative just in case some of this batch are a tad smaller. This is an arid species that catches food with its web and can take down surprisingly large prey. These do not come around often, so grab them while you can!
We do not water these and you can keep them in their habitats for a year. Just pre-kill a 0.25" cricket and they will do fine.

How we measure invertebrates:
We measure tarantulas and spiders in diagonal legspan. This means the distance from the front right to back left leg (or vise versa) when the animal is stretched out.
Cenitpedes we measure the full length of the animal from the antennae to the back legs
Scorpions we typically measure the body-length of the animal.
