When considering Asian arboreal species, it is truly hard to beat the valhalla. This large arboreal species is very unique, stunning and extremely rare.
Reaching adult size of over 6" across, this amazing species gets jet black legs and abdomen, a deep emerald carapace with long orange hairs along the legs and body.
These gain their jet black coloration when they are larger and the specimens that we have growing out in our holdbacks are truly breath taking!

We measure tarantulas and spiders in diagonal legspan. This means the distance from the front right to back left leg (or vise versa) when the animal is stretched out.
Cenitpedes we measure the full length of the animal from the antennae to the back legs
Scorpions we typically measure the body-length of the animal.
