Overall this is one of the most beautiful and sought after species due to many unique characteristics that set it apart from other species.

This species leaf mimicing species reaches about 2" long and they vary from dark brown, to greenish-gray.

They mimic dead leaf material, have elongated heads, a flat extrended prothorax, and leaf like protrusions from their limbs.

They are one of the few species that are communal and can be kept together without eating each other!

This is also popular species for natural pest control in greenhouses, and growing tents since they naturally eat many of the common pests in these environments.

**With all communal invertebrates there are risks of cannibalism. Please keep this in mind if you decide to try this!**

Care:

We recommend 32oz deli cups with the ventilation lids - what most people use for fruit flies - to start them in.

Add 2" of coconut fiber, a cork bark, stick or something for them to climb on.

They will need to be misted and fed twice a week with fruit flies or 1/8-1/2" crickets.

We recommend as fine of a mist that you can provide so they can drink the water droplets off the side of the cage.

It is an option to feed them with tongs and fresh killed crickets if you just cannot find the perfect size cricket and do not want to deal with flies.
