This new species to the hobby is absolutely stunning and unique. While there are several species of orange and black tarantulas there are not many with the unique patterns of this Davus species.
With black legs, a bronze carapace with a black triangle and the blazing orange abdomen with black accents, this species will be a true stunner in any tarantula lovers' collection.
We are still growing some of these out in our breeder collection, but we expect them to reach about 4.5" legspan!
These juveniles are already starting to get their adult colors, so if you are looking for well started, unique species to add to collection then this is a great one.

How we ship live animals:
We ship all live animals using ONLY FedEx Overnight shipping, since it is the fastest and safest way to ship your new pets.
We ship on Tuesdays (for Wednesday arrival) and Wednesdays (for Thursday arrival) and plan shipments on Mondays.

If your package is over $400 or contains rare/expensive animals we may require you to pick up at your local facility.

How we measure invertebrates:
We measure tarantulas and spiders in diagonal legspan. This means the distance from the front right to back left leg (or vise versa) when the animal is stretched out.
Cenitpedes we measure the full length of the animal from the antennae to the back legs
Scorpions we typically measure the body-length of the animal.
